About Our Attorney

Steve Halloran Workers’ Compensation Lawyer

Steve Halloran is a Minnesota workers’ compensation attorney at Osterbauer, Harper & Furth, where he represents injured workers throughout Minnesota. He practices exclusively in workers’ compensation law and is committed to helping people who depend on their work protect their rights and move forward after a workplace injury.

Steve grew up on a farm, where hard work, accountability, and taking care of others were part of everyday life. That background continues to shape how he practices law. He understands how much people rely on their ability to work and how overwhelming a work injury can be—not just physically, but financially and emotionally. He approaches each case with care, respect, and a steady focus on what matters most to his clients.

Before representing injured workers, Steve practiced workers’ compensation defense, working with employers and insurance companies. This experience gives him valuable insight into how claims are evaluated and challenged. He now uses that knowledge to anticipate issues, avoid unnecessary delays, and hold insurance companies accountable when they fail to follow Minnesota workers’ compensation law.

Clients appreciate Steve’s clear, steady guidance throughout the workers’ compensation process. He takes the time to explain each step, remains accessible, and makes sure clients always understand where their case stands. While calm and supportive with his clients, Steve is a firm and determined advocate when insurers deny, delay, or minimize legitimate workers’ compensation claims.

Steve earned his Juris Doctor from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in 2017 and is admitted to practice in Minnesota. He is a member of the Dakota County Bar Association, the Minnesota State Bar Association, and the Minnesota Association for Justice.

If you were injured at work and are looking for a Minnesota workers’ compensation lawyer who listens, explains the process, and knows how to fight for the benefits you deserve, Steve Halloran is ready to help.
